- Clean boundaries. Each project has a defined start and end point, no rolling, open-ended commitments.
- No exclusivity. You remain free to work with other clients at all times, with no obligation beyond what is contractually agreed.
This model works best for senior practitioners who prefer professional boundaries and clear accountability over staff augmentation.
When we collaborate
We involve associates when specialist depth improves quality, reduces risk, or accelerates delivery. Typical engagements include:
