A storyboard is a method in which to illustrate the interaction between a person and a product. They allow a team to visually map out and specify how a user interacts and reacts to a product whilst considering additional external factors.

You may not have heard of our third persona from SANTA Inc. But believe me, without this guy, noone would get their presents on time – if ever! Bernard has a tricky job, keeping his team of over 1,000 elves productive and focused.

This autumn we were commissioned by a family company run out of the North Pole. Whilst they have been delivering Christmas cheer for centuries they were concerned by the wave of internet disruption to their traditional business model.
