A few months ago we were invited to write an article for Business Comment Magazine. We jumped at the chance as even though we contribute articles online we rarely do this for print publications.

We were given a tight remit – write an inspiring post that is targeted at people who’ve never heard of the term user experience. What’s more we were asked to highlight the importance of user experience in business today by providing a number of examples that would resonate with Business Comment’s readers.

Given the feedback we’ve received we seem to have done a decent job! The article has been in print since August and copies are available across Edinburgh. It’s now also been published on Issu so click on the button below to read our take on the ever-increasing importance of user experience.
