As Scotland moves beyond Level-0 we’re delighted we’re now able to reopen our user research and collaborative design facilities on the Shore, Edinburgh. So, this means we are ready to welcome our clients back to the office and offer our facilities for hire.

Over the next 12 months we’ll continue to work in a hybrid fashion with our clients. We’ll work online when it is most efficient. But the ability to collaborate in-person is a welcome return. When we’re together, we’ll be taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure we look out for each other’s health, safety, and wellbeing.

Returning to work safely and securely

There have been many advantages to working from home, especially from an environmental perspective. But we’re delighted to be able to collaborate in-person once again. And in order to make sure that we can continue to do so, we’ve adopted all of the Scottish Government and HSE guidance at our Edinburgh Studio to keep our team, and our guests, safe and secure.

This includes:

As the guidance is regularly reviewed and altered, our internal procedures will also change. So, we can ensure we are continuously aligned with the latest guidance.

Additionally, our London office has had excellent procedures aligned to the UK Government advice put in place by The Office Group. We’d like to thank them, and the Edinburgh Commercial Property team, for keeping both our locations safe and secure.

Do you need user research and collaborative design facilities?

When we moved into our Edinburgh studio in 2017 we wanted to create a space that would suit the variety of meetings and workshops we run. That’s why we created an open plan office that we could easily reconfigure to suit a broad range of scenarios.

Spread over 1,300 square feet our user experience design studio is the perfect space to conduct user research and collaborative design. From 1-2-1 user interviews to design sprints for up to 30 people, we’re delighted to announce our space and facilities are once again available to rent and use on a flexible basis:
