What do I get?

Our UX support packages are tailored to each client’s in-house resources and business requirements, and can be used to:

  • Work on-site alongside your team. This is the most expensive option, but it offers a substantial benefit, we’ll train your staff “on-the-job”
  • Do the same work for you remotely. This is cheaper but it’s much harder to ensure knowledge is transferred effectively
  • Do something in between.

How much does UX support cost?

Up to 35 hours of:

Remote UX support: £3,500 (exc. VAT). 

On-site UX support: fees start from £5,000 (exc. VAT). 

How quickly can you start?

The maximum lead time to start:

Remote UX support project – 3 working days.

On-site UX support project – 10 working days.
